POLYDAMP® Thermal Insulation Foams

Thermal insulation foams made of advanced polymers mitigate heat conduction, radiation, and convection. Materials used include closed cell foam, polyimide foam, melamine foam, and specialty lightweight composites.

We offer several thermal foams designed to work optimally in a variety of applications. Most of our thermal foams meet HVAC, aviation and transportation standards for flame, smoke, and toxicity.

We have foams that can withstand temperatures as low as -300°F and as high as +492°F, as well as foams that offer exceptional water resistance and acoustic insulation properties.

Improve Your Thermal Insulation with Heat Shield Materials

Our knowledgeable team of experts can provide thermal management for automotive and equipment manufacturers. Lightweight POLYTECH® heat shields made of fire-resistant foil add a protective layer of insulation to POLYDAMP^® thermal foam products.
