The Tech Etch 2500 series, certified UL-94 V-0 and halogen-free, showcases metalized fabric over foam gaskets with a low compression set. An electrically conductive nickel-plated copper-based nylon ripstop fabric combined with a resilient open-cell polyurethane core provides the electrical characteristics necessary for effective EMI RFI shielding. This design guarantees flexibility and ease of customization, as the joints terminate themselves when cut.
A selection of over 150 profiles and sizes are available. Each gasket includes an adhesive backing with double-sided pressure-sensitive tape for rapid installation, requiring a 24-hour curing period. Available in both standard and customized profiles, the 2500 Series meets a wide variety of shielding needs and adheres to environmental and safety standards.
The Custom 2600 Series takes into account a number of aspects to tailor the metalized fabric gaskets to your exact requirements. When you don’t need customization, the standard D-Connector gasket can be the most economical and efficient choice for your application.
