UL-94 V-O certified, the Standard 2400 Series features a highly conductive copper-plated substrate with nickel plating for enhanced attenuation shielding. Since the conductive substrate is bonded to the core, it provides superior flexibility and ease of customization by ensuring self-termination when cut.
All profiles available in this series have less than 2.6% compression set. For easy installation, the stick-on mounting features a double-sided, pressure-sensitive tape that needs a curing time of 24 hours. We offer these fabric over foam EMI gaskets in standard shapes or produce custom profiles to your specifications.
The Tech Etch 2500 series, certified UL-94 V-0 and halogen-free, showcases metalized fabric over foam gaskets with a low compression set. An electrically conductive nickel-plated copper-based nylon ripstop fabric combined with a resilient open-cell polyurethane core provides the electrical characteristics necessary for effective EMI RFI shielding. This design guarantees flexibility and ease of customization, as the joints terminate themselves when cut.
A selection of over 150 profiles and sizes are available. Each gasket includes an adhesive backing with double-sided pressure-sensitive tape for rapid installation, requiring a 24-hour curing period. Available in both standard and customized profiles, the 2500 Series meets a wide variety of shielding needs and adheres to environmental and safety standards.
The Custom 2600 Series takes into account a number of aspects to tailor the metalized fabric gaskets to your exact requirements. Similarly, we consider the material thickness for calculating the minimum distance between the cutouts and edges, as well as the minimum diameters of the holes.
When you don’t need customization, the standard D-Connector gasket can be the most economical and efficient choice for your application.
